Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Warfield's Barber Styling (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, the waitlist, text messages and our front desk, and what we do with it. We only collect what we need to look after your visits, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your name, mobile number, the service and stylist you choose, and when you joined, while you wait.
• Visit history: your past visits (date, service, stylist) and notes our stylists keep to remember how you like your cut.
• Messages: what you send through the “Have a question?” form, and texts you send back to us (for example C to leave the waitlist, or STOP).
• Website usage: anonymous, aggregate statistics such as which pages are visited and how many people join the waitlist online. These don’t use advertising cookies or identify you.

How we use it

• To run the waitlist and tell you your place and estimated wait.
• To text or email you about your visits: “you’re on the waitlist”, “you’re up next”, an occasional reminder when you’re due for a cut, and now and then a request to review us on Google.
• To answer your questions and improve the website.

Text messages

Message frequency varies with your visits. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, START to turn them back on, and HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing. See our terms for more about texts.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop — website hosting, our database, text and email delivery, and card processing — and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

Information stored on your device

If you join the waitlist, this website remembers your place on your phone so you can check it again. Our staff app remembers which shop and person is signed in. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your client record and visit history while you’re a client so we can look after your visits. Ask us and we’ll delete it.

Children

Parents and guardians add children to the waitlist. We collect only the child’s first name or the name you give us for the waitlist, and we don’t knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop messages. Call, email or visit the shop — contact details are below and on our home page.
